Mini Rugby Fixtures - 2011/2012
The Season
Although the Club Season is a fairly long one (early September to April), it is broken down into manageable "blocks" ending with half terms or end of terms. One of the advantages of this approach is that it allows the Club to close during school holidays when, historically, fewer children have been able to attend training and as a result training sessions have been less effective.
Adverse Weather
Although we always try to avoid it, sometimes conditions are so wet or cold that rugby has to be cancelled. If it looks as if this might be the case then, before travelling, either call your head coach or call our information line on 07951 957662 for up to date news.

Fixtures Policy
Well-matched, enjoyable fixtures and festivals are the key to a successful Mini Rugby Season. It can be damaging to a young player's morale to lose a match badly and such fixtures are avoided if at all possible. The Club Fixture Secretary has the unenviable job of achieving the right balance of fixtures each season. Most of the fixtures are arranged nine to fifteen months in advance. For both home and away matches we involve every child willing and able to play although we do have to choose a named squad's for festivals. Please honour our fixtures. We would expect the same from an opposing club.
