Directions

By Rail

A 15 minute journey from Waterloo to Barnes by British Rail and then it's about a 15 minute walk along Priory Lane to the Sports Club. You can also get the tube to Richmond (District Line), Hammersmith (District Line, Hammersmith and City Line and Jubilee Line) or East Putney (District Line) and continue your journey by bus.

By Bus

There are serval bus routes along the Upper Richmond Road. The 33 Bus from Hammersmith (You can catch the 33 bus in the bus station above the tube station) or the 337 Bus which you can catch outside East Putney tube station on the Upper Richmond Road. You can also get the tube to Richmond (District Line) and then get either a 33 or a 337 bus from outside Waitrose, a short walk from Richmond station. All of these busses stop outside Rosslyn Park's ground on the Upper Richmond Road and then it's about a 15 minute walk along Priory Lane to the Sports Club.

By Road

We are located in Roehampton, South West London, directly off the Upper Richmond Road. We're about 8 miles from the City and West End. For planning your journey by road, you might like to try the AA's free route planning facility which will give you detailed door-to-door directions.

By Bike/On Foot

We encourage those bank players who live close to the ground (Sheen, Barnes or Roehampton etc.) to walk. For those living slightly further afield (Richmond, Putney etc.) it is easy to cycle to the Ground. The sports club is located approximately 300 metres from Richmond Park's Roehampton gate. There are dedicated cycle routes across the park and also along Priory Lane. As well as the health aspects of this approach it allows our visiting teams to use the car parking facilities and minimises the impact of the rugby section on other members of the Sports Club.
